Vinyasa Fundamentals – 60 min


Designed for those new to yoga, this gentle and safe class introduces the student to the various elements of Vinyasa Yoga and will lay the foundation for a safe and lasting practice. Learn basic Sanskrit names for poses, how to move your body safely and effectively, and how to breathe more efficiently.

What is Vinyasa? Vinyasa is defined as a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. The student learns to build strength in basic poses with the use of props (if needed) and correct alignment, while discovering how their breath work can generate internal heat as they are guided through the Vinyasa sequence. This class is also suitable for more experienced students wishing to refine their alignment, strength and breath work, and those recovering from injuries.

All Levels Vinyasa – 60 min & 75 min


Basic knowledge of poses and breathing techniques is recommended for a more enjoyable experience. This energizing Vinyasa flow class is made up of sun salutations, standing, balancing and more basic arm balances, inversions and backbends. The teacher gives options for the student to explore the more complex, but approachable asanas (poses).

This fun and invigorating class burns fat, improves fitness, builds strength, tones, while improving balance, releasing stress and increasing flexibility. This is a unique opportunity for the student to practice with students of all levels, deepening everyone’s knowledge.

Breathwork & Meditation – 60 min


Join us for a journey beyond physical asana! In this powerful class, you will explore the subtle energy of the body through an intentional connection to the breath, and guided meditation aimed at calming the body & quieting the mind.

Drawing from many different modalities, the teacher creates a space where meditation & relaxation are accessible to all. Some breathing exercises include Deerga Pranayama (3 part breath), Nadi Shodan Pranayama (alternate nostril), Kumbhaka Pranayama (breath retention), Sitali Pranayama, Vatskar Pranayama , Circular breathing, Connected breath, Healing 2 Part Breath and Kundalini Krias.

Hatha at the House – 60 min & 75 min


Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Understanding the mechanics of the body, creating a certain atmosphere, and then using the body or body postures to drive your energy in specific directions is what Hatha Yoga or asanas are about.

Hatha’s combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical poses brings health benefits with regular participation. Students report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. The breathing aspect of yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure.

Deep Stretch Restore – 60 min


Our Deep Stretch Restore class is one of our most popular classes! This class involves mostly ground based stretching for the first 45min of class, often using props to support the body.

Targeting major muscle groups and problem areas is involved so expect to enjoy gentle twists, backbending and forward bending, lateral stretches, hamstring, IT bands, Quads and shoulder opener stretches and more during this class.

The cherry on the top? The last 15min of class is purely restorative where the body is fully supported with the use of props designed to take you to a place of deep relaxation. This class is suitable for students of all levels wanting to unwind and relax, but also reap the rewards of stretching the body.

Happy Back Yoga – 60 min


Suffering from back pain? SI joint dysfunction, disc degeneration, bulging discs, scoliosis, sciatica and piriformis syndrome?

This gentle and healing class is designed to provide support and balance and address wide ranging causes of back pain. Using principles of realignment, creating space, strength and stabilization, this class is a wonderful addition for students suffering from back pain, surfers, athletes, those in the service industry and workers that sit a lot.

Open to everyone, this gentle and healing class can help relieve pain and bring balance to the body.

Yoga Sculpt – 60 min


A complete total body workout that combines yoga poses with light weights to increase strength and stamina. This fun and invigorating class burns fat, improves fitness, builds strength, tones, while improving balance, releasing stress and increasing flexibility. Basic knowledge of poses is recommended for a more enjoyable experience.

Restorative Yoga – 60 min


Relax after a long day in beautiful ambiance of low lighting and fairy lights! Feeling a little run down physically and/or mentally from this stressful experience we call life? Fill your cup back up with a restorative class that focuses on healing through releasing deeply held tensions in the body and the mind.

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. The teacher gives plenty of space for the student to be introspective and prepare for a meditative experience. Props are fully used to pamper the mind and body, ensuring the student leaves class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This class is suitable for students of all levels wanting to unwind and relax.
