Meet Rachel Schaerer!

Rachel Schaerer - Rachel is a leading yoga teacher in San Diego and has become a teacher's teacher.
Rachel is a world traveler, lover of nature & student of life. She first found yoga in her early 20’s & has been teaching ever since. With more than 2000 classes taught and several teacher trainings under her belt, she meets each student where they are on their yoga journey. Rachel pays particular attention to alignment for safety in the body while balancing the class with a purposeful intention for her students to find peace and calm in their minds and hearts. She lives what she teaches and she lives true to the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Rachel is dedicated to helping others heal through the tools that yoga provides including physical pose, breath work, meditation to heal deeper, subconscious wounds.
