Expand Your Knowledge + Deepen Your Practice + Learn to Teach with Cindy Shaw
As Cindy evolves so does the content of each course. She likes to see where the group takes it in some contemplation and conversation to make it a more fluid and rich experience for everyone! We meet every other weekend and the week’s between, you will have practices/homework to read, journal, meditate. She spritzes in fun quizzes throughout the program to test your knowledge and keep your mind sharp.
For those who aren’t interested in the teacher certification but still long to delve deeper into yoga, we offer an opportunity to sign up for individual sessions (each weekend is a session). We’ve had many requests for this opportunity and are happy to now offer a unique yoga program that does both! Reach out to Cindy at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
